Laying on a hand in Poker, at Preflop, if its price is less than 20.0, and it does not hold suited cards. Plus the following condition should be met: there must be another two hands whose lowest cards are the same as the cards of this hand. For example:

Hand 1: A, 5
Hand 2: 10, 5
Hand 3: 4, 8
Hand 4: K, 10

Lay on Hand 2 because Hand 1's and Hand 2's lowest cards are 5 and 10 respectively.
